I first came across yoga when living in Hong Kong more than 20 years ago. I immediately liked it and the way it make me feel. Yoga has since been a key part of my life.
After practicing Ashtanga yoga for more than 10 years, a knee injury led me to explore and enjoy other yoga styles. In particular, I came to like a creative vinyasa flow. After a few years of practice I decided to take my yoga to the next level and completed the RYT200 training.
I thoroughly enjoyed diving deeper into the wisdom of yoga and I continue to explore and develop my teaching through regular teacher trainings and workshops.
Yoga is helping us to be more present here and now and in the physical body rather than in the mind. In the classes I aim to focus on the breath leading the movement. and mixing a dynamic and varied flow with shorter meditations, pranayama and deep relaxation. I hope that the class leaves you with a feeling of being both energised and relaxed!
